Mcveytown Borough is a borough located in the Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 405 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 390, making it Pennsylvania's 245th smallest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.26 sq km), of which, 0.09 square miles (0.23 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 34th smallest by total area in Pennsylvania.

As of the census of 2000, there were 405 people, 168 households, and 116 families living in the borough.
