Mcneil City is a city located in Columbia County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. It is home to over 662 people (2000 census). It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 625, giving it the 259th largest population among Arkansas. The city spans an area of 1.34 square miles (3.47 kmē), makes it the 311th largest by total area in Arkansas.
