Mckenzie Town is a town in the Butler and Conecuh counties, Alabama, United States. Mckenzie Town had an official population of 644 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 606, making it the 164th least populous in Alabama. The town comprises an area of 3.77 square miles (9.76 kmē), of which, 3.76 square miles (9.74 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 289th largest by total area in Alabama.
