Mcgregor City is a United States city located in the McLennan and Coryell counties, Texas, United States. As of 2000 the population was 4727. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 4891, It is the 359th largest in terms of population. The city has a total area of 21.82 mi˛ (56.51 sq km), making it the 108th largest by size in Texas.
