Mcgregor City is a United States city located in the Aitkin County, Minnesota, United States. In 2000, city's population was 404 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 378, It is the 534th largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city comprises an area of 2.09 square miles (5.41 sq km), of which, 1.97 square miles (5.1 sq km) of it is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 sq km) of it is water, making it Minnesota's 304th largest by total area.
