Mcduffie County, Georgia is a county located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 21231. In July 2008, its estimated population was 21756, making it Georgia's 84th largest county. The county comprises an area of 266.3 miē (689.71 kmē), of which, 259.77 square miles (672.8 kmē) of it is land and 6.52 square miles (16.89 kmē) of it is water, it is the 43rd smallest in terms of geographical size.
