Mccaysville City is a United States city located in the Fannin County, Georgia, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 1071 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 986, giving it the 328th largest population among Georgia. The city comprises an area of 1.63 sq mi (4.22 kmē), of which, 1.57 square miles (4.07 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, making it Georgia's 183rd smallest by total area.
