Mccammon City is a city located in Bannock County, Idaho, in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 805. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 821, It is 93rd most populous in Idaho. The city spans an area of 1.42 square miles (3.68 kmē), making it Idaho's 69th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 805 people in the city, organized into 271 households, and 213 families living in the city. The population density was 566.7 people per square mile (218.8/kmē), it is the 48th least densely populated city in the U.S. state of Idaho.
