Mazomanie Village is a United States city located in the Dane County, Wisconsin, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1485. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1680, It is the 291st largest by population in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.37 mi˛ (3.55 square kilometre), of which, 1.36 square miles (3.52 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 406th largest by total area in Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1485 people, 76 households, and 48 families residing in the city. The population density was 1088.6 people per square mile (420.31/km˛), making it the 220th most densely populated city in Wisconsin.
