Mayfield Village is a city located in Fulton County, New York, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 800 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 790, It is the 194th smallest by population in the U.S. state of New York. It has total area of 1.08 mi˛ (2.8 sq km), of which, 0.89 square miles (2.31 sq km) of it is land and 0.19 square miles (0.49 sq km) of it is water, it is the 267th smallest by area in the U.S. state of New York.
