Mayfield Borough is a borough located in the Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1756. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1703, It is the 671st largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 2.44 square miles (6.32 square kilometre), giving it the 285th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
