Maud City is a city located in Pottawatomie and Seminole counties, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1136 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1150, giving it the 210th largest population among Oklahoma. It has total area of 0.97 mi˛ (2.51 square kilometre), making it Oklahoma's 376th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1136 people in the city, organized into 435 households, and 301 families residing in the city.
