Mattituck Cdp, Suffolk County, New York is a census designated place located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 4198. making it New York's 382nd largest. It is spread over 10.24 sq mi (26.52 sq km), of which, 8.64 square miles (22.38 sq km ) of it is land and 1.59 square miles (4.12 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 61st largest by total area in New York.
