Mathiston Town is a town in the Webster and Choctaw counties, Mississippi, United States. In 2000, the population was 720. Its population was estimated at 696 in July 2008, making it the 205th most populous in Mississippi. The town comprises an area of 2.49 miē (6.45 kmē), it is the 163rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
