Mason Town is one of the town of Mason County, West Virginia, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 1064 people (2000 census). The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1040, It is the 148th most populous in the U.S. state of West Virginia. It is spread over 0.56 square miles (1.45 kmē), it is the 85th smallest by area in the U.S. state of West Virginia.
