Maryville Village is a city in the Madison County, Illinois, United States. It is home to over 4651 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 7397, making it the 335th most populous in Illinois. The city comprises an area of 4.7 sq mi (12.17 kmē), of which, 4.67 square miles (12.1 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 234th largest by total area in Illinois.
