Marysvale Town is a United States town located in the Piute County, Utah, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 381 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 352 in July 2008, It is the 69th least populous in the U.S. state of Utah. The town has a total area of 15.11 square miles (39.13 kmē), of which, 15.1 square miles (39.11 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, making it Utah's 40th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 381 residents, 149 households, and 114 families in the town. The population density was 25.2 people per square mile (9.73/kmē), making its Utah's 19th least densely populated town. There were 222 housing units at an average density of 14.7 per square mile (5.68/kmē). The average household size was 2.56 and the average family size was 2.96.
