Maryland Heights City is a city located in St. Louis County, Missouri, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 25756 as per the Census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 25949, It is the 27th most populous in the U.S. state of Missouri. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 23.57 miē (61.05 kmē), of which, 21.39 square miles (55.4 kmē) of it is land and 2.19 square miles (5.67 kmē) of it is water, it is the 16th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks fifth in the size of its inland waterways in Missouri.
