Marston City, New Madrid County, Missouri is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 610. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 529, It is 450th most populous in Missouri. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.1 mi˛ (2.85 sq km ), it is the 389th largest in terms of geographical size.
