Marshfield Hills Cdp is a census designated place located in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2369 inhabitants. It is the 62nd smallest in terms of population. It has total area of 4.91 square miles (12.72 sq km), of which, 4.52 square miles (11.71 sq km) of it is land and 0.39 square miles (1.01 sq km) of it is water, making it Massachusetts's 107th largest by total area.
