Marshall Village is a city located in the Dane County, Wisconsin, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3432 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 3744, making it Wisconsin's 164th largest. The city has a total area of 1.78 sq mi (4.61 sq km), of which, 1.7 square miles (4.4 sq km) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 sq km) of it is water, making it Wisconsin's 341st largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3432 people in the city, organized into 76 households, and 48 families residing in the city. The racial makeup of the city was 94.52% White, 0.9% Black or African American, 0.73% American Indian, 0.17% Asian, 0.03% Native Hawaiian, 0.73% from two or more races and 2.91% Other races.
