Marshall City is a one of the Wade Hampton Census Area, Alaska, located in Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 349 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 382, giving it the 142nd largest population among Alaska. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.73 miē (12.25 kmē), it is the 61st smallest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.
