Marklesburg Borough is a borough located in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Marklesburg Borough is home to 216 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 211, It is the 112th least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough comprises an area of 0.89 sq mi (2.31 sq km), makes it the 789th largest by total area in Pennsylvania.
