Marianna Borough is a borough in the Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 626 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 579, It is the 363rd least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It has total area of 1.95 miē (5.05 kmē), making it Pennsylvania's 389th largest by total area.
