Mantoloking Borough is a United States borough located in the Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Mantoloking Borough is home to 423 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 452, It is the 11th least populous in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The borough extends throughout a territory of 0.66 sq mi (1.71 square kilometre ), of which, 0.44 square miles (1.14 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.22 square miles (0.57 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 37th smallest by total area among New Jersey.

The racial or ethnic makeup of the borough was 413 White, 7 Black or African American, American Indian, 2 Asian, Native Hawaiian, from two or more races and 1 Ohter races.
