Manor Borough is one of the borough of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of the borough was 2796 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 2905, It is the 492nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 2.01 miē (5.21 kmē), giving it the 375th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
