Manistique City is a United States city located in the Schoolcraft County, Michigan, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Manistique City is home to 3583 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 3085, It is 228th most populous in Michigan. The city spans an area of 3.5 miē (9.06 kmē), of which, 3.19 square miles (8.26 kmē) of it is land and 0.32 square miles (0.83 kmē) of it is water, making it the 213th largest by size in Michigan.
