Manila City is a city located in Mississippi County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 3055. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 2828, giving it the 92nd largest population among Arkansas. It is spread over 3.23 sq mi (8.37 kmē), it is the 163rd largest in terms of geographical size.
