Manheim Borough is a borough in the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is home to over 4784 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 4646 in July 2008, It is the 291st largest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough extends throughout a territory of 1.4 sq mi (3.63 kmē ), making it the 563rd largest by size in Pennsylvania.

In the borough the population was spread out, with 24.6% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 30.2% from 25 to 44, 20.9% from 45 to 64, and 16.4% who were 65 or older.
