Mangum City, Greer County, Oklahoma is a city located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. Mangum City had an official population of 2924 in 2000. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 2711, It is 107th most populous in Oklahoma. It is spread over 1.75 square miles (4.53 square kilometre), making it Oklahoma's 302nd largest by total area.
