Manderson Town is one of the town of Big Horn County, Wyoming, located towards the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Manderson Town is home to 104 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 100, making it the 50th least populous in Wyoming. The town encompasses an area of 0.9 square miles (2.33 kmē ), of which, 0.84 square miles (2.18 kmē) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 48th smallest by total area in Wyoming.
