Manasquan Borough is a borough located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 6310. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 6251, making it New Jersey's 249th largest. It is spread over 2.53 square miles (6.55 sq km), of which, 1.38 square miles (3.57 sq km ) of it is land and 1.15 square miles (2.98 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 242nd largest by total area among New Jersey.

As of the census of 2000, there were 6310 people in the borough, organized into 457 households, and 284 families living in the borough. The population density was 4579.6 people per square mile (1768.19/kmē), making it the 134th most densely populated borough in New Jersey.
