Mammoth Town is a one of the Pinal County, Arizona, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1762. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2573, making it the 140th most populous in Arizona. The town extends throughout a territory of 1.08 square miles (2.8 sq km ), it is the 14th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Arizona.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1762 people in the town, organized into 562 households, and 440 families residing in the town. The population density was 1626.5 people per square mile (628/kmē), it is 25th most densely populated town in Arizona. There were 697 housing units at an average density of 645.4 per square mile (249.19/kmē). It has an average household size was 3.14 persons, and the average family size was 3.54 persons.
