Malvern City is a one of the Hot Spring County, Arkansas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 9021 as per the Census data. The city has a total area of 7.42 square miles (19.22 sq km), of which, 7.35 square miles (19.04 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, making it Arkansas's 66th largest by total area.
