Malvern Borough is a United States borough located in the Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 3059 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 3098, giving it the 448th largest population among Pennsylvania. The borough has a total area of 1.25 square miles (3.24 kmē), it is the 614th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
