Malabar Town, Brevard County, Florida is a town located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of the town was 2622 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2745, It is the 570th largest by population in the U.S. state of Florida. The town extends throughout a territory of 13.21 square miles (34.21 kmē ), of which, 10.63 square miles (27.53 kmē) of it is land and 2.58 square miles (6.68 kmē) of it is water, making it the 140th largest by size in Florida.

The population density was 246.6 people per square mile (95.21/kmē), making it the 72nd least densely populated town in Florida. In the town the population was distributed as follows: 22.4% under the age of 18, 5.8% from 18 to 24, 25.3% from 25 to 44, 30.9% from 45 to 64, and 15.6% who were 65 or older.
