Mahaffey Borough, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of the borough was 402 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 372, It is the 243rd smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.38 mi˛ (0.98 sq km), giving it the 221st smallest by total area among Pennsylvania.
