Magnolia Town is a United States town located in the Kent County, Delaware, United States. In 2000, town's population was 226 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 250, It is the ninth smallest by population in the U.S. state of Delaware. The town encompasses an area of 0.19 sq mi (0.49 sq km), making it the eighth smallest by size in Delaware.
