Magnolia City is a city in the Pike County, Mississippi, United States. In 2000, city's population was 2071 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2090, making it the 120th most populous in Mississippi. The city comprises an area of 3.29 square miles (8.52 kmē), of which, 3.24 square miles (8.39 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, it is the 144th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2071 people, 749 households, and 515 families living in the city.
