Madisonville Town, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The town has a population of 677 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 752 in July 2008, It is the 102nd smallest by population in the U.S. state of Louisiana.
