Madison Borough is a borough located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 510 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 478, making it Pennsylvania's 308th smallest. Its area is just over 0.53 mi˛ (1.37 sq km), it is the 346th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
