Madill City is a city located in the Marshall County, Oklahoma, United States. In 2000, the population was 3410. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 3770, making it Oklahoma's 95th largest. It has total area of 2.93 mi˛ (7.59 square kilometre), of which, 2.89 square miles (7.49 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 244th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3410 people in the city, organized into 1284 households, and 831 families living in the city. The population density was 1179.8 people per square mile (455.52/km˛), it is the 128th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. There were 1453 housing units at an average density of 502.8 per square mile (194.13/km˛). The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 3.12. The racial makeup of the city was 2200 White, 206 Black or African American, 219 American Indian, 9 Asian, 1 Native Hawaiian, 235 from two or more races and 540 Ohter races.
