Madill City is a city located in the Marshall County, Oklahoma, United States. In 2000, the population was 3410. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 3770, making it Oklahoma's 95th largest. It has total area of 2.93 mi˛ (7.59 square kilometre), of which, 2.89 square miles (7.49 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 244th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3410 people in the city, organized into 1284 households, and 831 families living in the city. The population density was 1179.8 people per square mile (455.52/km˛), it is the 128th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. There were 1453 housing units at an average density of 502.8 per square mile (194.13/km˛). The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 3.12. In the city Population was distributed with 26.8% under the age of 18, 9.7% from 18 to 24, 25.3% from 25 to 44, 18.7% from 45 to 64, and 19.6% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 90.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 86.3 males. The median age is 35.2 years, The median age of males was 31.8 years, for females the median age was 39.2 years. The racial makeup of the city was 2200 White, 206 Black or African American, 219 American Indian, 9 Asian, 1 Native Hawaiian, 235 from two or more races and 540 Ohter races.
