Macedonia City is one of the city of Pottawattamie County, Iowa, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 325 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 311, It is the 578th most populous in the U.S. state of Iowa. The city spans an area of 0.34 mi˛ (0.88 sq km), making it the 200th smallest by size in Iowa.
