Macedon Village is a city located in Wayne County, New York, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The city has a population of 1496 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1485, making it the 684th most populous in New York. The city comprises an area of 1.23 mi˛ (3.19 square kilometre), of which, 1.22 square miles (3.16 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 331st smallest by area in the U.S. state of New York.

For every 100 females there were 98.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.9 males. The median age of the city's population was 35.3 years, the median age of male residents at 35.2 and the median age of female residents at 35.3. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 1455 White, 15 Black or African American, 2 American Indian, 14 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 9 from two or more races and 1 Ohter races.
