It is Hawaii's seventh smallest by population . It is spread over 7.67 sq mi (19.87 square kilometre), of which, 4.77 square miles (12.35 square kilometre ) of it is land and 2.91 square miles (7.54 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 29th largest by size in Hawaii. It is ranks 11 in the size of its inland waterways in Hawaii.
