Lyndon Station Village is a United States city located in the Juneau County, Wisconsin, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 458 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 455, making it the 121st least populous in Wisconsin. It is spread over 1.99 mi˛ (5.15 square kilometre), making it the 326th largest by size in Wisconsin.

The population density was 229.8 people per square mile (88.73/km˛), it is Wisconsin's 72nd least densely populated city. There were 235 housing units at an average density of 118.1 per square mile (45.6/km˛). The average household size was 2.15 people, and the average family size was 2.72 people. In the city the population was spread out, with 22.7% under the age of 18, 5.7% from 18 to 24, 26.4% from 25 to 44, 25.1% from 45 to 64, and 20.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 104.5 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 104.6 females.
