Ludlow City is a city located in Kenton County, Kentucky, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 4409. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 4808, It is the 92nd largest in terms of population. The city spans an area of 1.24 square miles (3.21 kmē), of which, 0.86 square miles (2.23 kmē) of it is land and 0.38 square miles (0.98 kmē) of it is water, it is the 237th largest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky. It is ranks 20 in the size of its inland waterways in Kentucky.
