Loving Village is a city located in Eddy County, New Mexico, in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. The population of the city was 1326 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1340, making it the 98th most populous in New Mexico. The city encompasses an area of 1.13 sq mi (2.93 sq km), giving it the 43rd smallest by total area among New Mexico.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1326 residents, 457 households, and 284 families in the city.
