Lovelock City is one of the city of Pershing County, Nevada, located towards the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Lovelock City is home to 2003 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1854, It is the 46th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 0.87 mi˛ (2.25 square kilometre), makes it the second smallest by total area in Nevada.
