Lovejoy City is a city located in Clayton County, Georgia, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 2495 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2418, It is Georgia's 217th largest by population . The city extends throughout a territory of 2.34 sq mi (6.06 kmē ), makes it the 337th largest by total area in Georgia.
